Decision-making and Negotiation Training Leading to Certification: 6 week modules

The course consists of mentorship sessions once per week and participation in group sessions twice in the course of the 6 week module. It focuses on mechanisms of decision-making and negotiation such as reciprocity, consistency, distributive (zero-sum) and integrative (infinite sum) negotiations. The Institute for Practical Humanities offers certificates for the successful graduates that can be used in corporate or institutional settings for training others or for inducing organizational improvement and changes.
